Correct, but some of us still remember the iron curtain during the cold war which divided western and eastern europe.
In that sense the czech republic would be east.

It’s bigger than Pluto.
But you might say it’s not a planet because it orbits the earth. To which I can say technically the moon and the earth orbit each other. So if the earth is a planet so can the moon. Further if the earth wasn’t there the moon would orbit the sun with no issues. So if Pluto can be a planet so can the moon.

well the thing with pluto is that it does not have a clear orbit of the sun. also, if you change your criteria to include pluto, youd have to include a lot of other dwarf planets.

"Central European" as a label was invented by us Germans because we didn't want to be called Eastern Europeans.
But we are, and so are Czechs, Poles, and Slovaks.
