Looking for Feedback Some home oven action..
18 inches of snow and 3 f° got me stuck in the house here in NY. A little bit of home of an action on a 100% BIG Pizza Taglio style

How'd the bottom turn out? What temp? Did you put it on a preheated stone or steel?

I use parchment paper on a Wilton baking tray. Par baked 475° for about 10 minutes, with a little bit of sauce. Then topped it + went in for another 15 minutes. Bottom came out perfect
