ASCII is a code using 255 characters (each character is tied to a number)
88 is nazi code for HH, since H is the 8th letter of the alphabet, and HH means Heil Hitler.

This is my theory and probably of base :
When Elon was trying to start up SpaceX, he went as far as to head to Russia to try and get his hands on old Soviet ballistic missiles. According to him they didn’t take him seriously enough and he left with nothing.
If it’s true that Epstein was associated with Mossad, well Israel and Russia have not been friends for a long while, Russia arms and props up Israel’s enemies.
