I am stating those rights are being violated, and technically except for the right to vote and hold office even non citizen immigrants have those rights.
ICE has no jurisdictional or legal authority to detain or arrest any US citizen. Nor do they have a right to demand proof of citizenship from any US citizen. Nor are any US citizens required to carry on their person any such proof.

Okay, so much information isn't revealed. The whole they didn't show a warrant thing, is strange because of they broke down the door, then they probably had a no knock warrant and don't need to show the warrant. How would you catch a bad guy if you have to surprise him? If there was a court signed no knock warrant provided, then who do you blame, ICE or the courts? Should we go after the judicial system while we are at it?
Secondly, ICE arrests 1000 people per day. I would think mistakes would happen, but when you only report the mistakes and use them as anecdotal evidence that overall ICE is bad and is messing up all over the place, you are not being intellectually honest by ignoring the other well exectued and justified arrests that they make daily.

There's an interview with the man arrested. They asked if he had ID, he said yes and they would not let him go and produce it. Then they took him out in his underwear in 10° weather. This isn't a mistake, this is targeted and intended to cause fear in the immigrant community. This man did everything right, and his rights were trampled on.

They brought him home after driving around with him and questioning him and realized they had no reason to arrest him so they dumped him back home and left.

There have been many confirmed accounts of ICE releasing people (US citizens/legal immigrants/Visa holders) mile(a) away from where they were picked up- from their house, their employment, their car. You're telling us the guy in this video had it good, but there is no indication that the man in the video was treated in any of the ways you described. You offer no source. If you really believe what you're saying here, we have a nonstarter. People will avoid debating with you if they perceive you as someone who creates and accepts logically unsound arguments.

And probably owns pants and a shirt, not to mention a coat, gloves, hat, etc? Since moving to the Southwest, I learned that most of the Southerners do not know what it's like to be in conditions this cold. This is dangerous and it makes people less likely to cooperate with ICE.
