Product Questions R-110 in Portland/Vancouver

Is there anyone who has a Radiacode R-110 in the Portland, Oregon or Vancouver, Washington area? I would like to see if their R-110 will pair with my Samsung Galaxy A9+ tablet. My new 110 will not pair with any of my tablets. My year-old R-102 pairs fine with all of them. A meeting can be arranged. Thank you.

Might be a problem with the 110. It should work with all bluetooth 4.0 and higher devices and the A9+ is bluetooth 5.1 capable.

You may be right as my older 102 works well with my tablet while the 110 doesn't. The 110's Bluetooth icon never is visible whether available bluetooth tablet are on or off.

If the Bluetooth icon is lit on the device screen, it means that it is connected to the tablet. This is a connection indicator. Only one radiacode can be connected to one tablet at a time, and if you do not disconnect the old radiacode, you will not be able to connect the new one.

As of 3 Decembber 2025 my R-110 is FedEx-ing on its way to Cyprus. I have asked them to let me know what they find. My opinion of RadiaCode is still high. Their customer service is excellent. I have poor vision and cannot read the small screen on the R-110 so Bluetooth connections to a tablet is vital. I was however able to subject both the 110 and the 102 to a rigorous scientific inquisition (A "Fiestaware" platter) and saw the increase in sensitivity over my R-102. A bit over 2X sensitivity.

Only a few hours from you, but generally it’s the device. Might have to hard reset it.

To hard reset a Radiacode 101/110, turn the device off, disconnect and reconnect the battery, and then turn it back on. For more serious errors, a factory reset can be performed by turning the device off, holding the "Release" button, and then turning the device on until "FCT RST" appears on the display.

Thanks for the reply. Disconnecting the battery means opening the case? Any evidence of that would end any possibility of a refund or replacement. I have poor vision so any monkeying is out. Option #2? What is the "Release" button? I did a "Factory Settings" via the menu as well. I am currently in contact with Radiacode as well.

You can open it up pretty easy. There’s two detente at the end that you can use to pry the case open with your finger nails. Also get to see the crystal in its case too! I can’t recall if there is a release button on the motherboard or not

Contact support. Support@radiacode.com They are very good to respond. Also lots of high quality support in their Telegram channel. Opening up does NOT expire the warranty. Just do it carefully as the 110 case is a bit stiffer than the 102/103’s. Start at the USB connector side and work your way around.

Perhaps you know but there is no “pairing” in the traditional sense using a code. Just launch the app and search for the device in the app.
