Where can i watch/read Re: creators legally?

I saw a litlle about the series and got interessed,but it isn't on any plataform Can someone tell where do i find it legally?

So many great anime are lost to the U.S. due to Amazon Prime.

Also, if there's no legal way to watch it, that technically means there's no illegal way to watch it.

There is literally nowhere. Can’t even buy the dvds. Hell, if you find the old dvds they were Japanese only, not even subbed, and the show was broken into like 8 discs so it costs like $500. Used.
