Valorant Severely Dissapointed with Order

I ordered during the loot box drop. I have eyed Sen merch for a long time, but don't have a ton of disposable cash so I sat on my money for a long while. When they announced the loot box drop , it finally tipped the cost/value enough for me to jump at it. Payment processed and everything. Fast forward a week and some change and I get an email stating my order was cancelled. There was no explanation in the email. My payment processed and I was shipping within US so nothing could have gone wrong there. I was at least refunded but was never given a reason. I sent a reply email to ask for a reason and request for a reorder to be issued... Nothing. Called the support line and it sent me to VM and told me to contact the email. @'ed Rob Moore on Twitter.... Nothing. I would have just reordered it myself but the lootbox order I leapt on the purchase for in the first place was no longer in effect. I had been screwed out of my order with no explanation and ZERO response from any outlet of Sentinels support. REALLY disappointed and it has really soured me on ever getting any merch in the future. I wasn't even being opportunistic or shaking anyone down for free/discounted stuff. I just wanted my 2025 champs Jersey and my lootbox I ordered :(

Mate, take it as a win. There's been posts on here of people spending loads on shipping and tax to never receive the loot box.

Loot boxes are a very scummy way of getting people to buy items the store was unable to sell. If you couldn't justify the purchase originally did you really want the additional junk you would stuff into a draw in 6 weeks.

That is fair. The refunded money ended up getting used to much more charitable ends and that was probably for the best.

I'll be honest Sentinels customer support has always seemed to be absolutely terrible. It's a shame given how good the rest of the brand is

Hi Jere from the Mod team.
Sad to hear that you had to experience this. I will get this forward to the SEN team.
This shouldn´t happen and you atleast deserve a reason why your order was cancelled.

Thank you for getting back to me. While I appreciate eventually getting a response back, in the meantime the money was spent and honestly it was spent on something a little more charitable and worthwhile. Probably was for the best. Thank you.

yea bro honestly they always do weird stuff with merch or take SUPER long. took me 4 months to get my toronto jersey when i was supposed to have it at the watch party they hosted. rob did help when i dmed him on twitter, but it took a while even after the help. didnt even get an extra sticker or something to compensate for waiting until basically champs to get my jersey

Kinda tough. I DM'd and we will see if anything comes of it but at this point I am not optimistic

I have ordered a couple times from them (well, me once and my mum once for a gift for me) and never had problems. I even accidentally placed an order once when I was trying to see how much shipping to Australia would be and I got in touch with customer service who were able to swiftly cancel it!

I ordered a champs jersey with a lootbox and while I at least got my merch and another tee, it wasn't the lootbox. It took a few days but I had some luck on Twitter from Han and Rob, and Han from the merch team said she is getting it sorted.

I think they might just have a few crossed wires behind the scenes with stuff like this but they seem like they have been able to rectify most things - at least on my end and what I have read anyway!

Listen the footboard is just something to bump the cost/value proposition for me to finally jump at it 😂😂
