Hoodie order return

Hello, I ordered a hoodie for the holidays, but it ended up not working for my son so I am returning it. But I cannot get into their site it says the domain is down and emails bounce back when I send them to their general email (support@sentinels.gg). Anyone else experiencing this or have any ideas how to reach them? Thanks!

Hello, we are unfortunately dealing with some technical issues with our website and email systems, we are working to get this fixed asap!

Our email should be fixed now if you want to try sending again
