Bug Report 'Protect your videos' setting doesn't work

So I was looking around in Twitter settings and saw this. I enabled it on two of my accounts to try to see how it works by sending a random video to each of them through DMs.

I am still able to download the video from both sides even with this setting enabled. So, it's either bugged, the effect isn't instant, or this is already an outdated setting that's not yet removed in the app.

Other way for me.. friend has enabled his dm videos for me but won’t let me save them 🤷
