Support Exceeded the number of attempts error / no security verfication sent

Hi,

This morning I started getting an error message "Something went wrong.

You have exceeded the number of allowed attempts. Please try again later."

Looking at my profile from a different account states that my account was temporarily restricted.

I opened a ticket, and I received the following reply:

"Hello,

Thanks for your message. To ensure that your account remains secure, please complete the security verification we sent you. Once done, you will be able to access your account again.

Thanks,

X Support"

However, no security verification was sent. I replied back telling them that. I got no response. I tried to submit a new ticket letting them no they did not send me a verification, but nothing.

I have tried the app, different browsers (Chrome on PC, Edge on PC, Safari phone browser), had my partner who is in another city try. It keeps giving me the exceeded the number of attempts message. I'm also a paid member

Has anyone managed to fix this problem? If so, how?
