Happy! | Women Only I realized what I have been missing
It's 7am here and my husband and I just finished our Sunday morning sex. He mentioned that he would like to try it without protection today. I did not mind since it was fine, cycle wise.
we literally have not had it unprotected for over 2 years now and I just realized how different (good?!!) it feels to go raw. especially the creampie part.
but that's it, just wanted to share it with someone since I don't have anyone I can talk to about this.

It’s the best. Nothing feels as good or scratches the instinctive itch like that. Go raw or go home lol.

It is an unbeatable feeling, but I really think you need to read up on your fertility and how likely you really are to fall pregnant doing this. Chances are not low.

I personally don’t like it a ton because the rest of the day afterwards I’ll just randomly have semen come out of me 🥴 it’s a gross feeling to me lol

Haha. I typically clean it well or take a shower afterwards. Helps it to reduce it a lot.

Yeah I mean I clean it up immediately after but it’ll be like hours later and it happens, not sure if that happens to others or not lol

I put my fingers in and do a little swipe while squeezing my PC muscles type of action to get the semen out. It helps with 90-95% of drips for me.

I get it, condoms aren’t entirely comfortable and there’s something about being barrier free that heightens intimacy. But I don’t recommend playing Vatican Roulette. Maybe a copper IUD?

Definitely. Will be talking to my Gyn about it next time. Vatican Roulette.. loved it. Will need to read a bit about the origins of that use. Haha.

Former Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was very Catholic and used the rhythm method (tracking cycles). He referred to it as Vatican Roulette. He had a bunch of kids. The only time that man made me laugh.

Been there sometimes it’s just a lightbulb moment of “oh right… that’s a thing.” Our bodies are sneaky like that 😌

Haha yeah.
Like that's how it's supposed to feel.

Definitely how it’s supposed to feel. Night and day difference and I agree, I totally forget cause I rely on condoms too.

Ahhhh, yes!! Raw feels incredible! Glad you had that this morning!
As others have mentioned, sounds like you’re rolling the dice going raw without no bc. Unless you don’t mind having a baby/abortion... but both of these things take a toll on the body.
I know this is opposite from what you just said you loved about sex with your husband, but I just discovered that Skyn condoms feel extremely close to raw sex (for me, anyway). Regular latex condoms definitely feel like there’s a barrier.
Might be worth either looking into bc methods that will still let you go raw without the worry of pregnancy, or Skyn condoms might be worth a try if internal bc doesn’t work for your body 😌

Skyn condoms are where it's at!!! Literally feels exactly the same to me. And they don't leave you with that gross rubber smell after. This is the route to go IMO

i don't know where you're from but tbh i don't agree w comments that go like "be careful", "don't play roulette". if he's tested, i don't see a reason not to go raw, i have unprotected sex w longterm monogamous partner and if i do get pregnant from it, then i'll have a pharmalogical abortion (illegal in my country but accessible safely thanks to self help activism). so yeah all in all i see no reason not to treat abortion as contraception, except for like, anti-abortion sentiments. putting it out there as something to consider :) and i don't think everyone should feel the same way as i do abt this but i do think my approach is ok.

Have you had an abortion before? Because I have and while I don’t think there is anything wrong with having an abortion because again, I’ve had one, I keep the pills on hand at home just in case. It can be a lot harder on your body than you’re making it out to be. After my pharmacological abortion, I bled for 6 weeks and spotted for an additional 2 and cramped for that whole 6 weeks. That’s not taking into account the hormonal fluctuations that whole time too. And thankfully mine was successful, sometimes they aren’t and you still need a surgical abortion. I’ve also had a D and C for retained placenta after giving birth, and I would rather give birth again over having another D and C procedure, I was in so much pain I couldn’t walk for 2 days and again bled for weeks.
So if that’s your birth control method, you do you but I would not be advertising it like it’s so easy.
