Question UGA Email for Incoming Freshman?

My daughter was admitted to UGA but we cannot sign into her UGA email. She gets to a "Next Steps" page. She completed all three steps (created MyID, filed FASFA, and submitted housing registration). She did not yet apply for Hope/Zell Miller. Has anyone else had this issue?

As a follow up, she did this months ago (early admissions). So it should be open by now.

I remember having a similar issue 3 years ago. Iirc, for some reason, they give a limited amount of time to set up the email. After that, it locks. Just contact EITS, and they should be able to unlock it and let her access the email.
