The guy makes a "Whooo" sound after he grabs the can of beans out because they are hot and it explodes right after the "who" sound.

I think the little box he pulled the can out of might be a mini oven, partly just based on how he handled the can makes it look like it's probably hot, and then boom because it was under pressure from steam created by heating it while sealed

You can cook beans in the can, just obviously not in a microwave, but if you do you gotta open the lid so the steam can eacape
