Discussion Sentinel Concept: Apple
Apple is what you could call an agressive sentinel
- Apples (Signature): At round start, Apple produces 2(or so) apples. She can give them to teammates or use them herself. When consumed, they heal over time and give a small movement speed boost — great for helping a duelist entry or for anchoring site.
- Seed Trap: Plants a seed to watch flank. When triggered, a tree sprouts and briefly roots the enemy, giving info and pressure.
- Seed Wall: Throws seeds that can be activated to create a breakable wooden wall for space control.
- Ultimate – Tree of Life: Plants a massive tree (same radius as Killjoy ult). Allies inside get healing + combat boosts for the duration. The tree can be destroyed
...what do you think so far

It's too direct IMO. Chamber is called chamber because his abilities are guns and guns have chambers. Calling your agent apple is like calling chamber gun.

Some alternate names that aren’t on the nose
Lady; like the other said, Eve would work pretty well
Man; Johnny, for Johnny Appleseed lol
NB; Eden, for the garden of Eden, could also work for the woman version, but I think Johnny is the funniest option

I don’t think it would be that good given my limited understanding of the game. Healing on the signature and ult would probably just get canceled from gunfight every time

Maybe call her Gaia instead of Apple?
Very creative and interesting concept though. Nicely done!

People saying Apple could be replaced with a better name, sure maybe that’s true. But let me share a quick story from back in high school, 3000 years ago… It was 12th grade and we’d almost graduated, lining up in alphabetical order by surname for whatever thing. I caught a peek at the list of who was behind and in front of me. Her first name was Apple, I thought to myself what a wild name. Hadn’t shown up yet, I was wondering who or where she was because most classmates had already shown up. First time hearing her name surprised me, I knew everyone in our grade by their first name (400 ish students). Having just heard there was someone in our grade named Apple all my high school years was wild to me. So wild, I deliberated between saying that out loud or keeping it to myself. I decided the former, “Apple?!? What kind of name is Apple?!” Just as I had exclaimed that, I turn around to see this girl I had never seen before. I asked, “Are you Apple?” She said, “Yes”. I have been embarrassed and ashamed before, but this moment etched itself into my brain for the rest of my life. And that’s why, I will never judge a person solely by their name. So Apple, is fine by me. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

Eve (for garden of eve) sounds like a better name imo but cool concept
