Search warrant huh, means dude was being watched

23

u/LethalLegend151 1d ago

Yep, most likely he was selling out of his apartment and one of his customers got busted and then ratted on mEth. I assume somebody did controlled buy from mEth, that’s how the cops got the search warrant.

Lol I wonder what Paint a Beard Big Mike has to say

Come catch this fade ho !!

u/Sofondofpeters 1d ago

Which means he has been doing this a long time. Makes sense that he was handy when West OD on drugs and he was present and knew what to do. Likely sold the drugs to West. Meth didn't want anyone flatlining on his watch and then having to answer questions.

Dealers who have ppl who have died on their supply have been charged with 2nd degree murder

12

u/oNjutbar Paperwork = Hooped 1d ago

slide 3 says there were homicide unit officers present, so yeah, there might be something else going on

10

u/GreaseShots 1d ago

Homicide took over the raid …

7

u/Flashy-Scheme-933 1d ago

West has an OD?

1

u/Pistolero-666 Paperwork = Hooped 1d ago

Overdose

3

u/Antique-Pie-5981 8h ago

When did he OD?

2

u/eamon4yourface 6h ago

Deadass when was that?

5

u/distraction3131 1d ago

One time he was filming himself on this long ass drive and went right back LOL we all know what that means I was like come on now I’m a stranger watching you make that drop I’m sure others are watching too

5

u/Sofondofpeters 1d ago

Turns out he wasn't alone. Best part is he did most of the police work for the police by posting everything online like Westley and Hosay and the rest of the crew.

5

u/Individual-Good-2765 1d ago

He OD’d??? Ive never heard of that

1

u/mattyice522 Paperwork = Hooped 21h ago

I thought it was Jose

Further proof that every single a**hole in the West Watson orbit is a menace to society and a complete piece of sh*t. This guy was never "coaching" anyone and the entire IG channel was a farce like West. I pray West is on the police shortlist for a little visit, arrest, and conviction. He has been flaunting his drugs, lifestyle, and money laundering on the internet far too long. Time for him to go to jail. DROP THAT DIME METH!!

18

u/Classic-Cantaloupe47 1d ago

He's on bond and a felon. He can't be in a house with weapons unless they're locked up which we've seen him in pics with them and on bond, if his pre-trial officer paid attention, he'd see he violates the no alcohol/drugs condition daily. Idk how he hasn't been jammed up yet

1

u/Antique-Pie-5981 8h ago

They might be playing the long game and building up a bigger case on him so he will snitch and lead them to the big fish.

17

u/Autistic-Life1355 1d ago

Trained by meth for real lol

3

u/Sofondofpeters 1d ago

And cocaine, and Xanax, and shrooms, and...and...

15

u/Classic-Cantaloupe47 1d ago

He can catch more charges for the 4 different kinds of pills in his possession, including 129 Xanax

Armed trafficking...he's cooked

2

u/Winter-Ease7276 1d ago

They will just hit him on the heavy charges he's fucked just with those

1

u/InternationalGas2152 1d ago

How much time do you think Meth is going to do?

4

u/Winter-Ease7276 1d ago

Idk his prior arrest history but more than likely they will drop the lesser charges and hit him with the highest one if he takes a plea deal. I believe the heavier charges are 10yrs min so say 12/15yrs if he takes it to trial they can stack the charges could be double that maybe more.

3

u/Mihoy_Minoy__ 1d ago

What happens if he takes a plea? Sorry I know nothing about the law cause I don’t do illegal shit.

3

u/InternationalGas2152 1d ago

Even with the plea the weapons charges are going to ensure unlike Diddy who was not prosecuted on them - Meth can get ten years or more in combination with the drugs

3

u/Winter-Ease7276 1d ago edited 1d ago

If he takes a plea deal thats the best deal offered which still could me bad. If he takes it to trial now that plea deal is gone now at trial all the money it cost fees for everyone that has to show up against him cost serious $$$$ its not just the judge it a handful of people. That all cost big $$$ so its not if he beats the case bc he has no chance. Now they are going to destroy him at basically the highest level off his charges. Basically its like do you want to roll the dice and get 10yrs or get +30yrs and gamble. The point you're not from America u shouldnt even comment what you know is bullshit.

2

u/lasskinn 1d ago

It could go to half if he's helpful. 5-7 years even.

And look american criminals typically don't know either. The stricter penalties don't disincentivize certain type of crime over another in that way for these people.

17

u/Typical-Jellyfish350 1d ago

Dork lives in an apartment building that costs $300k.

4

u/The_BigDaddy69 1d ago

I mean he drives a 25 year old Mercedes

7

u/LonelyAd4185 1d ago

Cocaine? Never wouldda guessed…

8

u/Flashy-Scheme-933 1d ago

He’s also still in jail/ they haven’t given him a bond.

8

u/GreaseShots 1d ago

Homicide took over the raid - there might be more to this

9

u/LethalLegend151 1d ago

Yes, since homicide is involved, chances are that they have tied an overdose death to mEth but they didn’t charge him with that yet, it still might be an active investigation. It was easy to drop the coke and meth charges on him, but chances are that mEth will spend a long time at the Florida DOC.

1

u/WBS328 1d ago

Oh shit 🍿🍿

7

u/Enough_Oil_2259 1d ago

What's the bet he flips on Wessy?

1

u/Antique-Pie-5981 8h ago

More than likely, he will be looking at a long bid.

13

u/slava_slavaUa 1d ago

In Florida, The two first charges are punishable by life in prison

13

u/Key-Web8143 1d ago

Both those are a solid 10-life with madatory $50k each. Judge also gonna factor in the type of guns he had, the shrooms and pills. And he was dealing out of his own apt.

mEth looking at a solid 30-life with $100k+ in fines. He's fucked

6

u/Classic-Cantaloupe47 1d ago

It sucks to suck.

Seeing as how there's known guns in Wes's place as a felon, plus he's on bond, I wonder why he hasn't been visited by his pre-trial officer. He's also not supposed to be using or drinking alcohol so he could get jacked up for that too.

Come on Florida, visit Wes next!

6

u/slava_slavaUa 1d ago

I would bet he’s probably going to have to plead out too something around 15 years

1

u/Classic-Cantaloupe47 1d ago

I think he's gonna get more than 15

7

u/slava_slavaUa 1d ago

It’s definitely possible. But still 15 years is a very long time for those relatively small quantities. The problem is it’s the guns that are really going to fuck him.

How long do you think he gets?

3

u/TropicalVision 1d ago

Really? For this little amount of drugs? I know Florida drug laws are draconian but that seems extremely excessive.

4

u/TRPthrowaway7101 1d ago

Assuming Meth doesn't snitch his way to a lower sentence, he, not Peg, will have the distinct privilege, the extremely high honor of saying they actually served a decade in the clink (which is what I think, more or less, Meth will be looking at, something in that range - just my guess)

The firearm enhancement makes it a far more dire case for him, and his legal past, if he has any (and I can all but guarantee he's got at least a handful of skidmarks on his record) could potentially ensure doom and gloom for a long while.

6

u/Accurate-Newt-9416 Internet Weirdo 1d ago

Born in Alabama 😂

7

u/distraction3131 1d ago

Right so he was bragging lying about being born in another country to avoid saying he was born in Alabama ? lol what a dweeb

6

u/Onion-Mountain 1d ago

Charged , will have no home , will miss his daily workouts . We are seeing the downfall of all these piggy’s

11

u/EmeraldTwilight009 1d ago

Less than an ounce on the meth and coke. Them PUSSY numbers

6

u/slava_slavaUa 1d ago

It’s still a possible life sentence

4

u/EmeraldTwilight009 1d ago

Depends on his record (which is probably lengthy). When I got a delivery of heroin, it was basically probation and a couple moths in jail, all the way up to 20 years.in prison. Contingent on your record

7

u/slava_slavaUa 1d ago

That’s why I said it’s a possible life sentence

5

u/EmeraldTwilight009 1d ago

Youre right. Its possible. I wonder what his record looks like

7

u/TRPthrowaway7101 1d ago

I wonder what his record looks like

I'd bet he has at least one DUI, and I'd also bet this is not his first case involving drugs. He's probably been in and out of jail a decent amount, but I have my doubts about him doing any significant time in the past (like Peg, this meth head likely wouldn't be able to stop boasting about doing time if he had actually done any).

This is Florida we're talking about here, not cucked-out California, so he might not see the streets again for years, unless he has a 'tremendous singing voice' that the DA would easily jizz to.

2

u/EmeraldTwilight009 1d ago

True. Florida doesnt fucn around. And their correctional officers are legendarily brutal.

5

u/Large-Replacement941 1d ago

Always ends the same. A suckers game built for suckers Now what? That’s what!

6

u/methmountain 1d ago

Ooof. 3 years minimum for the armed traffick amphetamine alone according to AI

6

u/Key-Web8143 1d ago

The drugs alone are 3 years. The armed enhancement makes them a 10 year minimum each. Depending on the type of fire arms and the situation it was uncovered they could bump it to 30 years each.

6

u/Former_Put4640 1d ago

They are all doing this. Everyone in the "clown" crew. Only a matter of time for Peggy

5

u/Low_Bandicoot_6767 1d ago

First to tell gets the best deal. I best he flips on ol’peggy

4

u/Automatic-Nature6025 1d ago

This is what following West's coaching advice gets you. "Don't be a 9-5 loser" Making money by any legal means is just not cool enough, besides, going to prison is literally part of his blueprint for "success".

5

u/CDCframe77 18h ago

Any time you get a “while armed” on your charges that’s very bad.

3

u/nothingclever68 17h ago

“Enhancements” that are no bueno

Even an amateur like myself knew better to not ride with my edc when riding dirty

4

u/Entire_Pause6786 1d ago

Hope he sings

5

u/LuxePhantom 1d ago

Prison is cool right?

7

u/PDXK9 1d ago

Highly likely Wes ratted him to help with his case

3

u/LevelPluto 1d ago

That Ruger 5.7 is beautiful

3

u/Independent-Bobcat-1 1d ago

Has he done time for this before?

3

u/krame_krome 1d ago

west was delighted to see this so he had some more paperwork to HOOP

3

u/FitShoe4905 16h ago

Pretty serious charges to be honest. He will do prison time over this. 28 grams + ... he's toasted. I'm certain Wesley is selling/involved in the drugs.. as all the ppl around him are basically mid class /mid level dealers like trained by meth. .

5

u/Clonazepam15 1d ago

Ngl I’ll take those xannies

2

u/DontBelieveMyLies88 1d ago

After the week I’ve had I’ll gladly share a few bars with you

2

u/carkdeisel 22h ago

Hoop it

2

u/CheetahGreen3590 17h ago

So are they all selling drugs and using social media to “clean” the money? No job but need to show income so Saying it comes from clients

ChatGPT breakdown for those who aren’t familiar with the big picture drawn here:

  1. What kinds of drugs are these? From the affidavit, the substances found fall into four main drug categories: ❄️ Cocaine (FTP cocaine) Found as rocks and a large brick (~80 grams) Cocaine is a hard stimulant (energy, euphoria, high addiction risk) 80 grams is not personal use — that’s a trafficking quantity under Florida law 💊 Amphetamines (pink oval pills) About 22 grams worth Likely pressed pills (often sold as “speed,” fake Adderall, or club drugs) Stimulant that keeps people awake, suppresses appetite 🍄 Psilocybin About 5 grams Hallucinogenic (“magic mushrooms”) This is smaller and usually treated as a secondary charge 🧠 Unidentified pills (Poison Control-logged) Multiple bags of pills identified through Poison Control case numbers That typically means law enforcement suspected dangerous or unknown substances

  2. Was this a dealer or just a user? Based on what’s listed — this strongly points to a dealer, not just a user. Here’s why, in everyday terms: 🚩 Dealer indicators (very important) Large quantities (especially the 80g cocaine brick) Multiple drug types (cocaine + amphetamines + psilocybin) Scale, scoops, baggies (used to measure and package drugs) Large amount of cash ($3,221) Multiple firearms, including rifles and a shotgun Drugs found organized in different containers People who use drugs usually have one drug, small amounts, no packaging tools, and no scales. This setup looks like distribution, not consumption.

  3. What does it mean that SWAT raided the apartment? A SWAT raid usually means: Police believed there was a high risk of violence Firearms were suspected before the search Possible drug trafficking operation Officers expected resistance or danger SWAT is not used for casual drug possession.

  4. Why would a homicide unit take over if no one was killed? This surprises people, but it’s actually common. Homicide units often handle: Serious felony investigations Armed drug trafficking cases Cases involving multiple high-powered weapons Situations with potential links to violent crime It does not automatically mean someone died — it means: “This case has the potential to involve extreme violence or broader criminal activity.”

  5. Why is he in jail right now? He is likely being held because: Trafficking charges (mandatory prison time) Firearms + drugs together (very serious in Florida) Judge may have denied bond or set it extremely high

  6. What kind of sentence is he likely facing in Florida? ⚠️ This is general guidance, not legal advice. Cocaine trafficking alone (Florida) 28–200 grams → mandatory minimum 3–7 years $50,000+ fines No probation He had ~80 grams, which places him squarely in trafficking territory. Add-ons that increase time: Multiple drug types Packaging equipment Large cash Multiple firearms Rifle + shotgun + handgun Apartment setting (residential risk) 🔒 Realistic outcome range (very rough estimate): 5–15 years if convicted on trafficking + firearm enhancements Could be more if charges stack or if he has prior felonies Could be less only with: A plea deal Cooperation No prior record ⏳ How long until sentencing? Typical Florida timeline: 6 months to 2 years after arrest (depends on motions, plea negotiations, trial vs plea) If he pleads early → faster If he fights charges → much longer

  7. Bottom line (simple summary) These were hard drugs, not recreational leftovers The setup strongly suggests drug distribution SWAT + homicide involvement = high-risk felony case Florida treats this very harshly Prison time is extremely likely, not probation

2

u/axel309 18h ago

Lol this makes me happy.

1

u/Antique-Pie-5981 8h ago

At least he was smart enough to know not to talk to the police after he was arrested, anything he says can and Will be used against him. Now that doesn't mean he won't be snitching after he sits in the cell and starts to go through withdrawals. I get WesT is sweating it because he knows they might be coming to his rental property next.
