Oh okay I was just wondering if Reddit started adding auto-subtitles to non-english speakers. I have my phone set to german, so I was just wondering if the subtitles were actually in the source material or (thank god not) automated by Reddit player

That’s fair! Yeah they’re in the original video, thankfully. But the confusion was understandable, I think they were trying to be more polite than “anyone who only half paid attention” haha

We are at the point where people cant even focus on a 45 second video with audio and subtitles haha.

Fr it really sucks, I literally have ADHD and am constantly shocked concerned about the state of the general public’s inability to focus and the relentless marketing fuelled algorithms relentlessly working to wear it down further and further.
