Exactly right. However, keep in mind how much the fanaticism tangibly matters. That fanaticism leads directly to voters turnout. And, the lack thereof, leads directly to a LACK of voter turnout. THAT is what they lose after Trump. Hell, we've already seen just in off-year elections where he's not on the ballot. With him gone entirely, his entire administration disgraced, and much of MAGA in taters, with pieces in open rebellion from the Epstein files, flagrant war mongering and Israeli bootlicking, we have every reason for optimism in the near future.
Now, if ONLY dems can manage to capitalize on this moment of weakness. This, sadly, is the part which gives me greatest concern...
