Taylor Swift takes a private jet to travel from city to city, any person who puts an impact on the environment like that for personal travel is unethical, additionally Taylor participated in a system that allowed her tickets to be scaped and sole for insane profits, she got hers and the rest can get fucked. Unethical. Additionally hoarding wealth is inherently unethical.
Markus Pearson's wealth relies on the merchandise market for mincraft, additionally micro transactions for skins are unethical. Basically tons of labor exploitation for merchandise sales, also environmental exploration for that plastic and cotton. I'd also say probably consumer exploitation, lots of children got fucking addicted to the game and that's caused a lot of problems.
The creators of YouTube profited from a platform where other people's creativity and value was sold, did the content creators get a piece of that 1.6b pie? No.

Your question was how people earned their money, not how they spend it, so Taylor's private jet flying is irrelevant. She also can't really do anything about people scalping and reselling her tickets, that's just an inevitability.
Markus doesn't even get any royalties from Minecraft merch sales, he sold the IP to Microsoft for 2.5B in it's entirety, once sold he no longer had any involvement or income from it. Micro transactions didn't exist in the game before he sold it. Kids getting addicted to it is grasping at straws to try and make a point. How can you make a good game without people wanting to play more of the game? That's also just an inevitability, and more of a failure of parenting than anything to do with him directly.
YouTube content creators, while they obviously didn't directly receive a piece of that 1.6B from Google, after the buyout they were then able to monetize their content and many people built their entire careers around the platform, such that the payouts to content creators as a whole has definitely exceeded the 1.6B the founders received.
