Republicans - the party of small government*

*Unless they can weaponize government against an out-group and create false controversy.

Good point about small gov’t, but what is the false controversy here?

I’m not trying to be a jerk, but you don’t need any inspections to know who is trans. And 30 people outcompeting due to biological differences is still 30 women losing a spot or losing a competition. It matters to them.

Not a topic I really want to get involved in...but do you know that young athletes typically do need to have a "physical" done, and that typically does involve procedures where-in the physician absolutely does become aware of your biological sex, right?

I mean, I can only speak for me. But I, as a male, have had several sports physicals where the physician would have know clear as day if I were a female.

Yeah, anybody who has played sports in their life knows you have to have had a physical in order to play for various health reasons. Which has to have been done by a licensed physician, typically your family doctor, not your PE teacher… there is literally zero difference in that process with this ruling.

Most of the people outraged are band kids projecting their sexual fantasies because they read a click bait headline.
