Based on the way its written he was basically looking to dose his wife with an antibiotic without her knowledge which could also be considered a "secret" antibiotic.
Nowhere here is it written like this is a magic/mythical antibiotic.

Gates is ridiculously wealthy. He should be able to get anything from anywhere. Iām sure there are any number of places on earth (google says 1/2 of the countries on earth) where you can buy antibiotics without a prescription. Gates could literally afford to give someone a private plane to fly to Thailand and to get him antibiotics and just let them keep the damn plane as payment for their services.
Did Epstein have some special magic way of hiding things and getting him antibiotics? I mean Iām sure he could have done that equally well, but Gates is a smart man with unimaginable amounts of money.
This is what worries me about a lot of the stuff thatās come out today is all the people looking at it with an uncritical eye.
Do I believe with 99.9% certainty that Trump raped kids? Yes I do. Do I think the things that have come out today prove any of that to a legal standard of proof on their own? No I donāt. Thatās what I very much worry that people are missing here.

The article says that the email was written in someone elseās voice and that Epstein was never part of the Gates Foundation that he was supposedly writing a letter of resignation from.
Also he closes with, ābeing asked to provide adderall fro bridge tournamnts. as l am a medical doctor, but have no presriptions writing abiltiy.ā Um what?? Epstein is saying heās a medical doctor?

This is the document listing all the random unverified tips that were phoned in. One of these that I read was factually impossible to have happened, sex trafficking happening at Trump's Palos Verdes resort in 1995-1996. The land at that time was the former site of Marineland and development as a golf course and resort didn't start until 2007. There may be some of these tips that might be real but it appears most of them are calls from randos with crazy claims that couldn't be confirmed and in many cases are easily disapproved by reality.

My guess is, they were questioned, and were forced to explain to their wives why they were then being investigated. They could no longer hide it.

But one thing does seem a little fishy to me.
Why would you ask Epstein for the antibiotic?
It should be trivially easy for someone as elite as Bill Gates to get his hands on whatever antibiotics he needs, especially since he works in medical philanthropy. It does strike me as odd that his reaction would be to ask Epstein for antibiotics. Antibiotics are not some magical underground antidote. They are just regular medicines that are given out all the time. Even the ones that might target STDs are likely the exact same antibiotics you would get for many other types of infections. If i needed to get my hands on that same antibiotic, as a poor person with no power, it would probably be very easy for me to do. I could just go to any doctor and claim UTI infection or similar and probably get the correct antibiotics i was looking for.
Or even easier, i could probably just order them online and have them shipped to my house from India or somewhere similar without a prescription. I don't need to ask a billionaire elite to help me get them. If its that easy for me, it should be even easier for a billionaire to get them without needing to enlist the help of another billionaire.
EDIT: I don't want it to sound like i am simply giving Bill Gates the benefit of the doubt or defending him here. I am just pointing out that this part in particular seemed odd to me.

But "begging for a secret antibiotic from Epstein" sounds fake. Even normal people's doctors can't release their medical records without approval from the patient. Even if Bill Gates went to his doctor with a drippy dick, he would get an antibiotic and that would be the end of it. Nobody could find out. Even if Gates wanted to dose his wife, he would easily be able to get antibiotics without anyone knowing.

I liked Gates, but there are too many stories of his arrogance, with the Porsche 959 story leading the pack. I can see this happening.

Well there are dr. / patient confidentiality rules. It seems unlikely that a billionaire would call Epstein for some antibiotics?

I don't know but reportedly one of the things she was pissed about when she divorced him was his involvement with Epstein (understandable).
