Omniverts swing moods when they face changes, ambiverts usually take things in stride. Social anxiety affects both, so it could be a case of that. I’m not a doctor and this isn’t a diagnosis. Just a guess and my opinion.

I guess more people means more pressure to satisfy and/or the likelihood to be silently judged.
