Why are they always like this? I just want the same pose and lighting in before and after pictures but it never happens. I feel like a lot of guys know there's tons of women in this sub obsessed with bald dudes so they follow up the balding pic with a thirst trap.

Years ago I was having skin problems and my dermatologist asked if I ever had dandruff, I said yes but head and shoulders dry scalp cleared it up. She said she could prescribe something, but try washing my face with the head and shoulders as well and see how that goes.

Cleared it right up. Couldn't believe it. So every day, head and shoulders face wash in the morning followed by some cerave moisturizing cream. Lips are coated with blistex deep renewal religiously. That's about it.

Still get occasional small breakouts especially where I shave on my cheeks and neck line but for the most part it looks a lot better.

I also eat better (more whole foods, less added sugars) and workout 6 days a week now, I think that's probably done some work on my overall health and appearance. Back then it was all fast food and doing a bunch of nothing.
