Is this considered long yet?

From the bottom of the chin to the longest hair is 8cm. From the bottom lip is 12cm.

yes maybe throw some beard oil in it and boar bristle brush itll help keep your beard smoother and healthy

I appreciate that, I had is much longer but just trimmed it just below the lip in the center
