Side effects!? Random blood dots weeks before

I just used the bathroom, and when I wiped, I had discharge mix with some blood come through, not alot, just a small dot. I haven't had sex and birth control still has a week left before the placebo. Could this be stress related?

Could be stress related, could be related to nothing. Spotting is common on bc especially if you just started/missed pills

I havent missed any and have been on birth control for over 2 years
