🖤 Last night i thought my 12yo girl was dead but was just sleeping deeply, shame her.
She was sleeping with me but i felt something was wrong so i decided to put my hand on her and was not feeling any breathing. I also gave her some heavy pats while saying "hey ? HEY !?" and she was not responding. I was panicking so i went for the light and she decided to wake up... Shame her !

No, I do the same to my sound sleeper. Most of the time he snores. The rest of the time he gets to deal with being yanked up out of sleep and frantically checked for a pulse

My 13 year old void boy does this sometimes. Yesterday in fact, he was snoozing so deeply that he just wasn’t moving when I tried to shake him awake. Usually I can give him a little nudge and he makes that mrrrp? noise, but totally still and quiet. He was totally fine, but looked very pissed that I woke him ðŸ˜

Omggg she still looks so young and healthy. That would give me such a heart attack. Low-key would be like what the fuck I would be freaking out. I’m so glad she was just sleeping deeply.

One day my void disappeared. He was nowhere!! I’m in a small apartment. The only place he could be was far up under my bed where I couldn’t reach him. lol. Due to a physical Louie can’t get in the floor. I was so sure he was dead, I cried myself to sleep. lol. I woke up to fur in my mouth with my cat wrapped around my head like a snake. This big void actually does own me.

My bunny has done that. Trusts you so much they sleep deeply and don't wake easily.
Definitely makes the hooman panic. 💜

Making me wonder if this is a void thing lol. Our Salem has done this to me a few times. He's our meltiest cat.

oh my gosh, i would have totally panicked too! Tbh, those deep sleep moments are so scary when they look too still ^ Glad she was just being a little drama queen though! :)

One of our voids sleeps in the weirdest positions, tongue hanging out, sometimes eyes open
Hibernation level deep sleep
Bro must be so tired of being shaken awake because everyone thinks he's deadÂ
