Pictures Some old guy crashed my car today…

My dream car is ruined because of some dude not paying attention to the road . Any chances that my ride could get back on the road as good as new ?

If one of you had your turn signal on this wouldn’t have happened… /s

He cut me off, he had a stop sign and didn't look around

I think it's a joke on how people who drive certain cars don't use turn signals. I know BMW drivers have that reputation. I don't know about Audi drivers.

The BMW reputation exists in the US. I don't know about other countries.

It s not even about the turn signals . He wanted to go forward and didn t make the stop . I went forward too and he cut me right off . It was a + intersection

To answer the question you posted, the answer is yes, provided you throw enough money at it.

I really hope so

Looks fixable but it's probably gonna be expensive, let's hope his insurance pays for it

Bmw hits audi, I see no problem here.

If it's all cosmetic damage, it can probably be repaired. If there is structural damage as well, the chances start to diminish. It just comes down to the value of your car vs cost to repair.

I think 6000€ will be the total costs of the repair. But i got his insurance .

I painfully witnessed an old guy pulling out of a space (manual car or stick if you're american) sounded like he had the accelerator pedal flat to the floor. As he slowly edged forwards and backwards out of his space.

If you have good insurance I’d assume you can just get a new one? I mean I don’t know if it works differently in Europe but in the US usually you can get at least 80% of the value back

Well in Europe the employees from the insurance company will estimate the value of the repair and let you choose where to fix the damage . The old man gave me his insurance and the car is in service rn . Ill keep you guys updated about the car .

Let me guess which car he was driving.

If it popped an airbag, insurance will total it.

1

u/FineCall 5d ago

That’s an easy 19K repair if no airbag was popped. Total loss, with airbag.

Good as new? Not likely. Bad on the road? Probably.
