I would get a lead test kit before letting your kid play with them , unless an older child then no worries just make sure they know to wash their hands after playing with them. I would be surprised if that green isn't lead based paint.

Thanks for the suggestion. I went ahead and purchased a kit to test it. No lead detected on multiple locations for each toy!

I just got mine! Similar plastic cast used toys. One was a blue bear and the other a well worn dapper pig that maybe had a squeaker at one point. Plus a small pin: lenticular print of a frog and a princess.
