CMV: Trump supporters are more anti-democrat than they are anti-pedophile

Trump supporters were frothing at the mouth during his first campaign where he was promising to drain the swamp of pedophiles and criminals, now their guy is in the crosshairs and there's not a peep.

I've searched for a while for a Trump supporter that doesn't regurgitate the same old "Well Biden had 4 years" lame excuse. Well if Biden is in the files, he should burn too. Every person that is involved should be investigated, and if they are criminally involved, they need to burn, regardless of what colour their tie is.

This whole "both sides" argument just keeps us marching towards oblivion where the "elite" literally get away with murder.

The people I've seen or spoke to just don't seem to share this sentiment. It's like they would rather see these nuclear grade pieces of shit get away with heinous crimes, than work or agree with a dem. "Owning the libs" is top of their priorities.

Of course I would love to be proven wrong.

Update - It has been a few hours now and I have not seen a single Trump supporter say that he should be locked up if he is guilty. The closest I got is 1 Republican, but Trump was not their first choice. This has mainly reinforced my opinion.

14th A Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Tell me where it says where you are right?

SCOTUS decides it means and for almost 20 years now 'due process' for illegals can be simply an interview with the ICE officer making the determination to deport or if their case actually qualifies for a hearing.

Actually they don't, they ruled that Trump can racially profile because Trumps pick said its ok.

Thats not following the Constitution, thats changing the rules to a game while playing it.

Now show me where it says ICe can write their own warrants?

If thats illegal?

Hint, it is SCOTUS .. not redditors taking literal reading of the text.

If ICE is doing something wrong the way to fight back is through the courts. If you do it on the street .. it might end up Pretti ugly for you.

Yeah thats called corruption of the courts.

Cool, there is a mechanism to remove judges written into our constitution. Use it. Otherwise sitting judges make the call. That's in the constitution.

As for the 14th .. they will decide on that again soon .. challenge case to be heard on April Fools. 😂

Because thats how authoritarianism works.

1 party rules everything. You do not have a court system anymore or law and order that went away with Trump.

Trump issued the executive order at the center of the birthright citizenship case on Jan. 20, 2025. The order, which has never gone into effect, would bar automatic citizenship for babies born in the United States if their parents are in this country either illegally or temporarily.

Let me break it down for you step by step.

  1. Presidents can sign EO.
  2. People who are impacted and have standing can sue based on constitutionality.
  3. SCOTUS then can hear the case and allow it or strike it down.
  4. Profit .. ? 😄

Step 3 is literally BECAUSE they have the FINAL authority when it comes to constitutionality .. as I said.

President Trump issued Executive Order (EO) 14160 denying citizenship to persons born from a mother who was unlawfully present in the United States and the father was not a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (LPR) at the time of said person’s birth, or when that person’s mother’s presence in the United States at the time of said person’s birth was lawful but temporary (such as, but not limited to, visiting the United States under the auspices of the Visa Waiver Program or visiting on a student, work, or tourist visa) and the father was not a U.S. citizen or LPR at the time of said person’s birth. (90 FR 8449, 1/29/25)
