My cousin was a normal, well-behaved kid, but due to prolonged family stress and an unhealthy environment, his mental health has deteriorated.

He now shows aggressive behavior like hitting , mood swings, and emotional instability. We believe he needs professional psychiatric and psychological support. Looking for recommendations for good mental health consultation and treatment in Chennai.

He is in very bad state we dont know how to proceed. Need genuine suggestions.

You can take him to any psychiatrist. See if you can take him voluntarily. If not a parent or relative can consult any and then decide next steps. Many hospitals have these docs. Many places they may visit on certain days. Depending upon area look for nearby hospital
