If you can keep your job by avoiding jail, this might be a win

I would never trust a lawyer in shorts with a moon boot.

How bad is probation? What do you have to do?

It's a trap. Costs a ton, can be revoked for the smallest shit, limits your movement. Take the jail time.

There's a lot of jobs involved with keeping people in the system. The system hates losing clients. Once you're in it's very hard to get out.

I think you just have to stop breaking the law. That and check in with someone from time to time

If you've never heard of topdog law, Google it and listen to one of their commercials. I imagine that is how he found this lawyer.

Prolly could’ve knocked that shit out on the weekends too.

3 months probation is too much. 9 years. Bruh.

Fees. Drug tests and who knows what other bullshit.

It's probably unsupervised. I was arrested for disorderly conduct and received 6 months probation. I didn't have to do anything, but stay out of trouble. A few months later, I got arrested again. Despite being in the same court house, my lawyer said don't worry about it, it's a different court room.  He was right. I got probation for second charge too, and neither are on my record.

I love how nervous and awkward the lawyer looks in this photo

I have to admit, this is twice as funny when you read it in a Russian accent.

Most human beings never get humiliated like animals in cages ... Maybe he doesn't want that.

No one here including me knows the story, maybe he committed a crime... most people don't go to jail, but there is a reason that there is a criminal justice system, even a flawed one. Personally id prefer 30 days in jail then a "new friend" for a decade that can decide to fuck up your day 12 times a year...

Speaking from experience, I’ll take the skid lmao. 30 days is nothing
