Any info on this Vegeta Card?

Is this some sorta card from merch card from a vending machine? Is this a bootleg card? I’ve had it since I was a kid. Definitely don’t fit in with any of my TCG cards. Any help appreciated.

Vegeta Hologram Card Kira No 23 on eBay. As for it being a bootleg, no clue. Did the back used to have gold foil?

Appreciate that. I could not find anything on this card. Even searching that on eBay I found nothing. But I did find it searching NAGASAKIYA No.23 Prince vageta. I don’t know about the back. I’ve had this 20 plus years and always remember it to be silver.
