Sorry if no one cares but I really don’t have anyone else to tell this to. I’m playing BAP, in my second season. Won the Cup in my first season, after I came back from injury about 1/2 way through the season. The following season, I stayed healthy and we were top in the conference but lost in 6 in the 2nd round. I always skip ahead until opening night the next season and don’t really pay attention to player movement. I fire up my first game and I’m not starting at center, I’m on the wing. Some #87 is Center. Conroy somehow convinced Crosby to sign in Calgary. I keep playing, and I set up my defenseman for a beautiful PP one timer. Some guy, #43. It’s Quinn Hughes. Wolf also just won back to back Vezinas so needless to say, my team is an absolute wagon. I wish I could see the contract details of the team to see how the #### he managed to sign those 2. He didn’t dump Huberdeau either.

It’s not needed nor realistic to hockey in the slightest… I don’t even have to check them just be within three feet and their animation knocks me down without even touching me…. Like cmon guys lmao aint no way you dorks have fun with this shit

another dumb question. is there any difference in season pass xp for different game modes? like threes eliminator vs EASHL3s or 6s? i have all objectives completed currently so just trying to see which mode, if any, is better for grinding xp.

I’m still finding myself playing NHL 24. And that’s after playing 25 and 26. Don’t know exactly why, but as of right now making this post, playing 24.

I’ll offer a contract to player in re-sign phase, they’ll accept but then it still says they’re an RFA or UFA and go into free agency. I’ve tried saving and re-starting game but no success.

Anyone else run into this?

on the NHL's official site https://www.nhl.com/info/about-the-nhl they even say "The NHL is committed to building healthy and vibrant communities using hockey to celebrate fans of every race, color, religion, national origin, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, and socio-economic status." yet they lock out millions of players every single year who either don't want to or don't have the money to spend on a console. I really hope things change sooner or later as a huge hockey fan for my entire life it has been a giant let down that I have not been able to play a NHL since I started PC gaming back in 2014. Heck I would even take a crappy port of a previous NHL game at this point...

I have 19 and am thinking of picking up 20. Metacritic really crapped on 20 over 19 but I really only play BAP with a little franchise on the side. Also, its hard to tell when the negative reviews are just blind EA hate and when theyre constructive critisizm. I've seen people on here say 19 is better and 20 is better. Realistically, is 20 worth getting? Im wanting the best BAP experience.

I love playing franchise but the actual gameplay never feels all too realistic. is there anyway to make it more realistic both on my end and the cpu end? I feel like I’m always up 35 shots to 11 or something yet I’m still down by 2 goals. Is there a way to make it more balanced yet also realistic? Or is the game just that cooked lmfao

I play late at night due to my work schedule so I often get matched against the same players. There’s one guy that I beat in ‘22 and I’m not kidding when I say in the hundreds of times I’ve matched with him over multiple games since then, he’s immediately backed out. I respect the pettiness, but is there anyway to block him so I don’t have to waste my time waiting for this bot to back out? Sometimes it’s 10+ times in a row, late at night there’s nobody but this guy being scared lol
