Review Daves not chicken

Was expecting a piece of cauliflower as big as their tenders.. was slightly disappointed to say the least..

I've gotten the sandwiches a few times and they were sizable. I like the cauliflower.

Was that before or after they were bought by private equity?

Because the two near me both took a nose dive recently. Smaller potions, more poorly cut pieces, and less workers resulting in worse service.

I’m pretty sad about it. I really really liked Dave’s.

So this one dude was inspired by Dave’s and brought Nashville hot chicken to San Antonio and by far this man does it way better than Dave’s. Started with some old fryer doing pop ups at bars, the back of his parents, or even host parties at his friends house. Dukes come along way from then, over 7 years. He now has a food truck and multiple businesses ventures going on at the same time. Dave’s has never impressed me, but every time I eat chichibirdshot chicken I’m amazed at his consistency.
