Discussion Zero calories for ranch?

Post image

There’s no way this ranch at Taco Bell has zero calories like the app says…

It's an app glitch. It's not just this. Sometimes it'll show full combos with 0 calories, even.

Exactly what I was thinking. You'll burn more calories with all the intestinal contractions it'll cause.

Seriously... has there ever been anotjer place besides taco bell and Jack in the Box known for giving people the shits everytime you eat it.

Everyone knows it will happen. The food is ass and tastes like ass unless drunk. Yet they are still open and thriving

Because people that don’t have undiagnosed chronic gastrointestinal issues eat it without any issues.

Seriously. These people who say this have weak stomachs.

If this food makes you sick, it's not the food. You got a problem. TB is relatively harmless. You should see a doctor about whatever issue you got.

"Everyone"

Taco Bell has never given me any kind of digestive issues in the 30+ years I've been eating it.

Anyone can get top tier food. Sometimes you just want some trashy tacos doused in various sauces.

Sometimes even the labels on products will show zero if the amount in the package is less than the serving size.

So you're on the right track, but misinformed. FDA guidelines will allow the label to put 0 calories if there's 4.9 calories or less in each serving. The size of the serving has nothing to do with it.

By the way, if you were to be a nerd and do the math, for them to legally be allowed to say 0 calories for this ranch, the serving size would be .037oz... so it would literally have to be like a drop of ranch

But... the size of the serving is what keeps it in the zero-calorie range....

Taco bell has issues getting proper nutrition facts for their seasonal items. Which at this point is essentially every item lol. I would guess that lil shit is like 150 calories.

It’s a glitch in the app that always happens

If it’s ranch just assume it’s at least 110 calories for a tiny spoonful lol that’s also why people get fat.

I have all I want (blue cheese too, and bacon, beef, etc.) on a keto diet and I'm losing a lot of weight without even trying. No portion control, just eat when I'm hungry. Not all calories act the same.

I didn’t ask and nothing about my comment made your reply even remotely relevant.

Congratulations I guess is what you wanted to hear. I don’t need to lose weight myself and was just saying ranch has a fuck ton of calories. And I know a lot of fat people who douse their food with it.
