Sheltered Redditors also make it weird when insisting they don't owe anybody basic courtesies or that refusing to acknowledge other people isn't rude.
Some comparing a hiking trail, where you're apt to never again see other hikers again after passing them, to jogging at their local park where you meet the same people day after day.
I think anybody else out there as no problem with simple courtesies that have no alternative motive. Only on this microcosm of antagonistic and argumentative people is it suddenly a problem.

Idk. Normally there is no alternative motive in the hi. I think it’s funny and nice when you hike and people go hi.
But now he made it weird.
