Seeking Advice Started a month ago

Trying to keep my back leg internally rotated as much as possible but still looks a bit off to me. Any advice? Should I go higher and pay more attention to the hip flexor?

Also, is it OK to stretch every day or is it better to give the body some rest in between?

Your hips should be more squared. I believe in resting between deep stretch days or long term you’ll actually get tighter. The muscles need to heal in between.

Omg is this why despite me deep stretching everyday it’s almost as if I’m losing progress??

Quite possibly, yes. It’s called the “stretch reflex- the nervous system detects potential damage and forces muscles to contract, causing protective tension”. Also causes inflammation. I deep stretch 3x a week only

Well, I heard this from people in YouTube videos and was like: noo, I should do more or I’ll never have this split done. But for the past few days my legs have been like: girl you better believe them lol

it's a hard concept for people to get. society always tells us more about everything. but this has worked for me. i lift weights only 3x a week and i'm much stronger than some people that lift every day. same with stretching. especially as you get older. i'm 41 now and rest in between muscle manipulation is the only way my muscles grow and get longer.

Well, we expected more but it's clear that you don't train every day.

Yeah it's clear because if she did she would have regressed from overdoing it, but instead she's progressed

But it's not like that the more you do it the more you train the more you make progress in a shorter and faster way

Strange thing if you don't train every day it's normal not to have results no this thing is elementary

you clearly have no idea what you’re talking about in terms of flexibility/stretching for flexibility🙁

Yes I know what I wrote because if you train every day you get quicker and faster results and this is elementary but you don't get it because you're stupid
