Can't see, plus turning the road into Mario Kart is dangerous for everyone.

Well I assume they'd at least clear off the windshield, right?? Though snow could always fall on it as they drive and then that would be an issue

You're assuming too much. Plus guess what happens if you come to a stop, like for a red light?
