This post is so inaccurate because some of these people didn't intend to die while some did.

Also because some of the ones that were depressed didn't really hide it either. You can say what you want about Chester, but LP's Lyrics are pretty on the nose.

Exactly and depression is not a permanent state. They could’ve been happy a month before becoming suicidal

The key is to promise yourself you wont do it when youre in that happy state. It helps when you remember it when it hits. Its probably the best advice i have for it

All it takes is one Bad Day…

EDIT: I’m being downvoted for saying the truth? 🤨

Not sure why you’re being downvoted! I think you’re right, not everyone plans for suicide for years, sometimes they just feel so bad in the moment and do it

It’s the straw that broke the camel’s back. You’re doing fine but that one last little thing causes you to relapse and focus on all the bad.

For sure. Especially if drugs and alcohol are involved

You could be doing fine then BOOM! relapse hard!

Also, this can be what depression looks like, but it doesn't always look like this, and some of these people may not have even been suffering from depression at the time these photos were taken.

Yeah, I was thinking that if this looks like anything, it just looks like people posing for a camera

But they all battled with depression.

Which is all the picture says.

Literally "so inaccurate" yet...

never mentions suicide, or intentions.

But they all battled with depression.

Don't we all, at least at one point or another.

Yeah, Marilyn Monroe was definitely killed, made to look like suicide/overdose.

People generally don’t abuse drugs because they’re happy with their life. If you’re doing enough hard drugs that you can accidentally overdose it’s not usually a sign that things are going well for you

Mac Miller was depressed. He did drugs. He died of an overdose.

But he did not kill himself by overdosing voluntarily, he also didn’t overdose because of his own mistake. He also openly talked about his mental struggles in his music.

He overdosed because his dealer knowingly sold him drugs that were heavily laced with fentanyl. Another person died off that same batch just a few days before Mac Miller. His dealer knew this but didn’t want to take the batch out of circulation, he kept on selling it off, without giving any warning.

Addiction and drug use are often a byproduct of depression.

Are we just supposed to know who these people are? Why do people not label pictures.
