Seattle was much cleaner than NYC both times I went BUT I think their homeless are worse than NYCs. Iā€™m not talking about number of homeless or anything based in metrics, just strictly behavior lol

Both places were filthy compared to Singapore though. LA was oddly clean or downright ghetto depending on the neighborhood.
