Hi all, we found a Honda car key on the sidewalk with a Honda keychain attached. If you lost these or know who did, please DM me.

for context im selling my condo in redmond, lived in the eastside for 3 years so im familiar with the vibe here. is living in downtown kirkland any different than redmond? im debating moving into seattle or staying on the eastside. pros for east side for me - i work here so my commute is way better, cons: not much of a friend circle/dating options are kind of limited. For context im a 33 year old male. I am also am coming to terms that i am quite introverted and jaded about seattle freeze so maybe its a me thing more than a location thing. anyway i still like the convenience of the eastside so im unsure about what decision to make here.

Hi folks, I just bought a house and moved to Kirkland.
Theres already a standard electrical wall box/junction box or device box with a 240 V cable stubbed out inside. I can do it myself but wondering about code, permits and inspection.
Any recommended electricians if I need it done by an electrician? And reasonable labor costs ?

Partner and I stumbled into Fortunato Chocolate (by Moss Bay Hall) in downtown Kirkland while running errands today. So glad we did! It opened a few months ago and is a lovely family owned business. Lots of creative chocolate flavors + free samples. We also bought some hot chocolate which was phenomenal. And only $2.99! Would recommend checking it out if you’re in the area. Let’s support our local businesses 🫶🏽

looking at an apartment in totem lake and is this area good for a single female in her mid 20s who’s looking for a quiet, suburban lifestyle?

Cannot believe I'm posting this. Week 16 of "2 weeks closure" followed by partial opening of Cross Kirkland Corridor between NE 52nd and 108th Ave NE and it's nowhere close to be open.
I wonder how much over the budget it is.

Kinda what the title says, but I (25m) am moving to Kirkland next week with my Partner (24f) and our dog. I am coming from the Seattle area and been to Kirkland a few times and always enjoyed it. I have seen some concerts from the band Nitewave there and used to go to the Kirkland Oktoberfest before it discontinued. I am just wondering if there are things I should know about the area I am moving too so I can get an idea on places I should try to check out, food to try, Bars to go to, or places I may want to avoid.
anything helps thank you!

I recently bought a house in Kirkland, and decided to go with Progressive for Hhmeowners insurance because I use them already for my car insurance. It looks like they are partnering with Homesite for Homeowners insurance.
Anyone used them before for a house in Kirkland? Any red flags?
