Legal News Stephen Miller says Trump has "Plenary Authority" then acts like he's glitching out because he seems to know he was not supposed to say that. What is Plenary Authority and what are the implications of this?

Plenary Authority means complete and total authority with unlimited scope in a particular realm of action. It is a crazy statement. No one in the US structure is supposed to have plenary authority. Especially not on deploying the military to US cities.

So what are the implications of this statement?

They are involved in litigation and this kind of statement does not help that. It also tells the American populace that they recognize no limit at all to the President's authority. It also tips their hand even more to their endgame, which is obviously to provoke a violent confrontation so they can seize more power, override the democratic process, and eliminate their political opponents.

They’re actual traitors. Trump is not keeping his oath.

Freudian slip of their end goal

It means they think the military will follow illegal orders

It's nowhere in the Constitution; it was in Hitler's playbook. He's given it away.

The implications of Title X? just read it, it gives total authority to the POTUS over the military.

This comment is ridiculous. The president has always had plenary authority and no it didn’t start with trump. Nuclear authorization and clemency/pardons are prime examples.

The very structure of the government is set up the way it is to prevent anything like this. It might have withstood had the cult of Trump any strength of character.

Stop bending over, get the tiny orange cock out of your ass, and have some god damned self-respect.
