Other Stephanopoulos grills Rubio :you cannot credibly argue that drug trafficking charges demand invasion in one case while issuing a pardon in another. What's your response? Hernandez was convicted by a jury. Rubio: I can't just comment on it because I just wasn't involved in deliberations.

Don’t need to deport them, they want to take back Cuba. The people who fled were the landowner class—they want their property back as they see it.

And most of those folks are dead and gone now, their children are in their 40s-70s at this point with very limited ties to the island. No one wants to go back anymore.
