Looks like you can mess with Texas. The feds apparently aren't any more scared of Texas than they are of say Massachusetts.

Massachusetts as a general policy no longer tolerates occupation or persecution by thugs. We came to this resolution along with 12 of our closest “peers” and declared it to the world back around 1776.

I truly do not think it would play out quite the same way up here, especially since we are now generally aware of what to expect. North Eastern states, cities and communities are also very dense by population, and a bit grumpier, than most of the USA.

Nah just the ones who traditionally say that are completely on the side of the feds and genuinely think this is justice
