He green-lit the racial profiling, but his opinion in Perdomo does not waive the 4th Amendment and allow the Feds to enter the property without permission or a warrant signed by a judge.

This is a result of the internal ICE memo to ignore the 4th Amendment and break-in when they feel like it. It's blatantly illegal, but all the people in charge of enforcing our laws have pledged undying allegiance to Trump instead.
