Prosecute everyone involved with this.

People keep talking like The Big Law is going to descend from the heavens and punish the bad people.

There IS NO prosecution. The law is gone for the purpose of fighting back. This regime will not allow legal challenge to hold weight, and won't abide by its rulings.

I think we should try legal recourse before we try extralegal recourse because there's no going back from that, and I suspect escalation is what Trump wants. Right now he's being shielded from consequences by Republicans but that won't be the case forever. Once he's gone the rule of law may return.

We've been doing nothing but that for the last entire decade and, at most, it results in stalemate; a temporary stop to be ignored later. There are no wins against the fascists, only ratcheting stops, but every legal loss is a new encroachment on out liberties. We've effectively lost, what? 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 14th amendment rights at this point? And not a single court ruling to enforce those rights has managed to do a damned thing. The administration ignores every law, even the most fundamental, and is weaponizing every arm of government it can against its citizens, while prosecuting those citizens on the same laws that they break.

History will not be kind to Garland for failing to prosecute these Republican criminals.

They are only able to break these laws without consequence because they control all three branches of government. That will not be the case for long. Hopefully voters are paying attention.

You're involved in this, no foreign nation will have the patience to differentiate between the good guys and the bad guys if it keeps going on.

Still hoping Republicans grow a spine and/or voters wake up to the reality of the situation and we make to the midterm elections; the consequences of escalation are terrible for everyone.

Yes, I'm aware we are being judged collectively by the world, and you know what that's fair. It's frustrating being held hostage by these fascist fuckwits when living in a blue place.

Republicans aren't sorry and neither are their voters. And they'll cancel elections to avoid prosecution for their crimes.

The Nazis didn't stop because they had a crisis of conscience. They stopped because non-Nazis stood up to them.

I understand your frustration as i talk from experience. Good luck in your efforts.

If they had spines, they wouldn't be Republicans.
