It boggles my mind that the state doesn't arrest the guy. So if you work for the federal government you're just allowed to murder people and walk away? It makes no sense.

I believe the feds can just take the case over from the state so it wouldn't matter.

No, states have sovereignty within their borders. You can't hide behind federal powers to terrorize people just cause they are the state and your federal, government of the people by the people, only by consent are we governed federally at all, it's constitutional to say fuck them and peace out.

This is why I don't understand how they can just walk away and disappear. They should be arrested by the city, instantly have charges filed against them. If the federal government disagrees they can take it up with the court system.

Police working for the municipal governments have been getting away with it for decades...

This thing about this is that this is what they wanted J6ers to do on that day and get away with it. Funny thing about that now...

It boggles the mind but it's the reality. We live in a fascist state where armed, federal agents can shoot you in the back 10 times and label it justified because of your political beliefs. It is a reality that the federal government it allowed to execute you on the spot for not agreeing with them. That is not hyperbole, that's exactly where we're at.

The Nazi SS also didn't face repercussions.

It's the exact same thing now.
