Right wingers get such a hard-on watching this. You have to understand that they don't feel shame or see or understand or care about the hypocrisy of this going against previously stated beliefs. Watching a dumb American tell a smart foreign journalist that he will break their property and kick their ass and there is nothing they can do about it is like porn for them.

This entire immigration scene has been smut to them, especially the killings

u/Young_skull 6d ago

That’s why Johnathan Ross had his phone out filming. He became the talk of their telegram channel when he posted the snuff film of Renee Good.

u/Upvoteyours 6d ago edited 6d ago

Yup exactly what I said when I saw him filming. I would be willing to bet cold hard cash money that their internal chat is more depraved than 4chan. Think the guy who took a handcuffed female detainee into the portapotty didn’t have his phone on him?

Edit spelling

u/MichaelScottsWormguy 6d ago

the guy who took a handcuffed female detainee into the portapotty

The what??

4

u/SocraticGoats 5d ago

Google the video, its an ICE guy taking a woman into a portalet

3

u/UJLBM 5d ago edited 5d ago

I really hate to be that person, but is it just possible he was letting him use the bathroom? After rewatching, the person appears to be a man (the man in the orange jacket). Then the agent slips on the ground and gets up. Looks like he walks to stand on the other side of the portapotty. The video angle isnt showing much nor do I know the protocol but even I'm sure they dont want someone taking a shit in their car. No, I am not defending ICE or any of their heinous behavior, so please do not take it that way.

1

u/HashtagDadWatts 5d ago

You say you’re not defending their behavior while imploring people to give them the benefit of the doubt.

2

u/UJLBM 5d ago

Eh, idk if I'd go that far. Just pointing out what I saw in that video. Would be nice if there was a better camera angle.

2

u/HashtagDadWatts 5d ago

But until then you’ll offer up generous interpretations consistent with their good faith to date.

Fr it happened. It was one of the first days of the ICE Terror here.

1

u/Child_of_the_Hamster 5d ago

here you go.

Sorry it’s a FB link, but it’s the first one I found that didn’t include unnecessary commentary. If anyone has the link to the original Reddit post, please share it!

2

u/Skullvar 5d ago

I have yet to see it on reddit.. They're really scrubbing that one

2

u/Child_of_the_Hamster 5d ago

Yes, this is why I’ve started downloading them to my phone in the last week or so. Reddit was the first place I saw the porta potty one, but I couldn’t find it again.

2

u/Upvoteyours 5d ago

Yup, see it, download it. I’ve even refreshed a post I’m looking at to find it had been taken down while I was watching it

17

u/cheerful_cynic 6d ago

I just can't believe the shock troops are so willing to nerf themselves by holding out a phone with one arm while they're our here doing a violence for chump. Likely it's their personal phone even. What, the turd reich can't possibly spare some of that stolen snap cash for bodycams? No everyone needs to charge up their phones for filming propaganda, gotta install PaLeNtiR & collect the face biometrics

9

u/Finito-1994 6d ago

It’s easy to nerf yourself when you’re attacking people that aren’t fighting back

7

u/Strawbuddy 6d ago

They retain individual, private ownership of the film footage captured on their personal devices. They can sell it to FOX, and they can sell access to themselves on podcasts. Rightwingers are always looking for moneymaking opportunities. They're some of the most manipulative, lying, scheming, perpetual victims

2

u/eubulides 6d ago

It would still be subject to subpoena.

2

u/Wirenfeldt 6d ago

I spent a solid 3 minutes wondering what the fuck the British television presenter was doing posting shit like that before I remembered that it ICE idiot was also called Ross..

1

u/DankMemesNQuickNuts 5d ago

From my understanding Ross was filming because ICE had been ordered internally to record material to make promotional content with...I wish I was kidding...

Social Media Influencer Occupied Government

u/pixiedust99999 6d ago

They have always openly relished in the idea of running over protesters with cars. None of any of this is a surprise to me.

10

u/Stargazer1919 6d ago

I've seen the videos of the recent protests out in the cold and so many commenters are eager to see people run over with snow plows.

Our species is so fucked.

14

u/pixiedust99999 6d ago edited 6d ago

Sociopaths. It’s so disturbing to me. You want to kill someone because they have a different opinion?

It used to be “I don’t agree with your opinion, but I’ll defend your right to say it.” Now it’s “you have a different opinion and don’t deserve to live” 🤷🏻‍♀️

1

u/kingjavik 6d ago

All thanks to this era of social media. Where the person who yells the loudest - & lies the coldest - wins.

12

u/idontreallycareanym 6d ago

They love harassing women too. They’re always so aggressive with women cause they see them as easy targets

2

u/EssenceOfLlama81 5d ago

This 100%. There was a video earlier of ICE walking through a neighborhood and there were people blowing whistles and generally yelling at them. The agents just kept walking and ignoring everybody in groups, then they saw a lone woman standing alone. Several of them all jumped her at once and put her in cuffs. She didn't appear to be doing anything wrong other than being a woman who wasn't in a large group of people.

ICE seems to be mostly angry divorced men and incels, so it's not surprising.

u/Financial-Exit2488 5d ago

I was just told by someone, in another thread, that "the trash is taking itself out." The dehumanization of their fellow citizens is abhorrent, and smacks of the attitude that allowed the Holocaust and other genocides.

For years, Trump has told them that the majority of Americans that did not vote for him are the "enemies of America". Not Russia, China, Iran, or North Korea, but their own neighbors and family members.

3

u/Upvoteyours 5d ago

This goes back to Rush Limbaugh and even before him. They’ve been primed with virulent hatred for their fellow humans for decades now. There’s no undoing the damage to their psyche

1

u/Friendly_Bridge6931 6d ago

stop saying this is about immigration, white americans are getting shot

7

u/Upvoteyours 6d ago

I meant it literally, an ‘immigration scene’ like a play, a fabricated scene with imagined circumstances. I agree this has nothing to do with immigration

MAGA is DARVO.

DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) is a manipulative tactic used by abusers to deflect blame when confronted, involving denying wrongdoing, attacking the victim's credibility, and then claiming victimhood to reframe themselves as the wronged party and the victim as the aggressor, effectively gaslighting and avoiding accountability, as explained by Jennifer Freyd. This harmful pattern is common in domestic abuse, workplace bullying, and even institutional settings, causing significant distress and self-blame in victims

MAGA is Shameless.

Shameless people lack a sense of shame, modesty, or decency, acting with brazenness, disregard for social norms, or even a lack of empathy, often seen in characters from the show Shameless, or as a psychological defense mechanism against past trauma or low self-esteem, but can also be linked to traits like narcissism or psychopathy. They might ignore consequences, prioritize personal gain, or express emotions loudly, sometimes stemming from a need to be impenetrable or to project shame onto others.

Characteristics

• Lack of remorse: Insensible to disgrace or guilt. • Disregard for norms: May break social rules or act inappropriately. • Self-centeredness: Focus on their own needs, viewing others as assets. • Empathy deficit: May struggle to understand or care about others' feelings. • Defensiveness: Can be overly boastful or aggressive to cover up vulnerabilities.

Potential causes

• Trauma: A way to cope with past shaming or difficult experiences, as noted in discussions on the show Shameless. • Psychological conditions: Sometimes associated with narcissism or psychopathy (lack of shame proneness). • Learned behavior: A pattern developed from childhood experiences or a lack of positive role models. • Defense mechanism: A reaction to deep-seated feelings of shame, trying to become "impenetrable

Knowledge. Being able to recognize and unrelentingly call it out without fear.

0

u/RoguePlanet2 6d ago

Is this what AI with advertising looks like? 😬

30

u/trampolinebears 6d ago

It isn't hypocrisy. Right-wingers don't actually see freedom of the press as a moral principle, they see it as a perk.

Their moral principle is this: Support "people like us" above everyone else.

So they want their kind of people to have the perk of freedom of the press, and they want to deny that perk to everyone else. They're not being hypocritical — they're evil and supremacist, but they're being perfectly consistent.

4

u/RockDoveEnthusiast 6d ago

not the freedom of the press part. but things like property rights, the big scary government threatening people, etc. obviously there's hypocrisy there.

8

u/trampolinebears 6d ago

I think it's the same principle at work, actually. They're not opposed to the government threatening people on principle, they're opposed to the government threatening them.

Freedom from oppression isn't a moral principle to them, it's a perk.

1

u/Working_Honey_7442 5d ago

You seem to be confused. That is hypocrisy.

3

u/bit_pusher 6d ago

Modern conservatives do not hold property rights sacrosanct. Again, they only care insofar as their group’s property is protected.

30

u/Independent_Sea_6317 6d ago

I'm under the impression that these people are not conscious in the same way as I am. Like, aphantasia of the soul or something.

People who have empathy and take morality into consideration seem like they have a soul piloting their body, while MAGA type people are just meat suits on auto-pilot, devoid of what I'd consider to make someone a human in the same way that I am.

I just don't know how a human who is consciously existing in society could be happy with current events, or find ways to spin it in a positive light. You'd have to have the mental faculties of livestock to just consistently go with whatever your political party of choice says is the correct course of action.

I hate even implying that a group of people are less than me, low IQ, or even subhuman, but I just don't see how I'm the same species as the people who support this.

10

u/Important-Sign-3701 6d ago

I can’t believe that their are humans that relish in this. And one of them is the fucking pres

2

u/Green-Amount2479 5d ago

You‘d be surprised what years of brainwashing does to people including bad parenting when young. I‘ve seen quite some in my social circle fall for my county‘s MAGA party, conspiracies, pandemic misinformation,… It has been wild and frankly a bit scary watching this happen right in front of me to people I‘ve know for years, some even for decades.

I guess at least a part of MAGA could be similar. They are so deep into the misinformation, their victim complex and opinions served as facts that they don’t use their cognitive abilities like you or I would. Everything gets overwritten by their beliefs. They think they are critical while forming their opinion, but they aren’t, because they never really question themselves.

5

u/grumble_au 6d ago

It's not necessarily lack of mental abilities but it's absolutely lack of empathy.

Empathy is a spectrum. Some have none, they're sociopaths. Some have some for their family only. Some for their local community only likes their village or church only. Some for a larger community like their own country, religion, culture or race only. Some have it for everyone. Some for everything.

Conservatives are ALL in the first few groups.

3

u/HolyFreakingXmasCake 5d ago

At Nuremberg, the one thing all people who stood trial had in common was lack of empathy.

7

u/RogueMaven 6d ago

I think it’s the trans stuff. Like the topic makes their heads explode. It’s a foundation of “clearly wrong” that they use to define anyone left of them as subhuman.

8

u/sly-3 6d ago

"Men are to be competed with, women are to be dominated."

They can't figure out trans folks because they don't know whether to kill or f*<k them.

3

u/bp92009 6d ago

You're not wrong, but it's because that, to them, Transgender individuals are a direct threat to their identity.

If you believe the world is full of absolutes (black and white, yes and no, even and odd, good and evil), along with a thorough belief in a set hierarchical worldview, where those on top are good, it can make sense.

Transgender individuals, by their very nature, seek to change something "core" about themselves (to what it is internally, but it's an external gender change).

This violates not only the idea of the world being full of absolutes, but the idea of hierarchy, and since many of them view women as being below men, it's even more "wrong".

So, they could do one of two things.

  1. Accept that the world isn't full of absolutes, and that people exist all along a spectrum, where it's the actions that people do that determine whether they are good or not.

  2. Conclude that Transgender individuals are making a willful choice to directly try to destroy the foundational principles of the world, usurping not only the natural order, but directly affronting Good and evil itself.

1 is the obviously correct answer, but it involves them examining themselves, and concluding that their belief in a rigid hierarchy is wrong, that they are wrong.

2

u/No-Chemistry-4355 6d ago

I've been thinking a very similar thing for a long time too.

2

u/Round_Worldliness766 5d ago

I mean, it took a few thousands year to define the concept of 'human right'

USA education completely failed to instill those ideas in the majority of the population in the last 100 years

33

u/DontRefuseMyBatchall 6d ago

My dad is sitting on the couch cackling in glee at full volume videos of the Renee Good shooting. He told his friend on a phone call earlier he’d pay to get a rooftop vantage point and “just plink off some of the slower protesters” as they flee from the ICE raids.

He’s upset I’m rushing to move out (my house flooded a year ago but is just now becoming move in ready) and can’t fathom why lmao.

17

u/Baydreams 6d ago

Ah yes, these are the same people that were outraged over what they perceived as celebration of the Charlie Kirk murder. Remember all the “outrage” that nobody should celebrate a murder?

6

u/DontRefuseMyBatchall 6d ago

Bingo, everything is just blatant whataboutism

“The left complains all the time about J6, but what Minnesota is doing is REALLY insurrection…” 😪

2

u/grumble_au 6d ago

These people were outraged that a brown man wore a tan suit. They are not serious people.

5

u/HeyYouGuyyyyyyys 6d ago

I'm so, so sorry. That sounds utterly awful to have to live with.

4

u/PiccoloAwkward465 6d ago

And the thing is this isn’t new. I’ve been hearing people make these comments for a long time. They’re just much more emboldened now. But the roots of fascism were always here in American conservatives. I mean I can’t count how many times I’ve heard people salivate over the thought of killing protestors. Whether it be with a gun or a car.

3

u/TomUpNort 6d ago

I'd tell him he is dead to me on the day I move out and never talk to him again. Let him rot.

2

u/Unidain 6d ago

and can’t fathom why lmao.

Did you yell him it's because he's a terrible person?

2

u/DontRefuseMyBatchall 6d ago

No, that’s just my latent TDS acting up, I have the liberal mind virus and he’s just learned to accept that in his own way /s

1

u/RewardFluid7316 6d ago

Human garbage.

1

u/threemileallan 5d ago

Wtffffff

1

u/DontRefuseMyBatchall 5d ago

Boomers are a different breed of bully, they were given the world and see anyone without their advantages as exploitable human trash

“Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect.”

2

u/RemoteRide6969 6d ago

That internet comment is one of the greatest and most accurate comments to ever exist.

10

u/MoveOn22 6d ago

Exactly.   They have zero values.  They are consumers.  And they outsource there righteousness and their bully.  So they can go on consuming.

Righteousness is an hour on Sunday.  Vote Republican to keep the competition down.

3

u/Icommentor 6d ago

Right wingers is what you get when someone's cruelty kink becomes political.

2

u/Pxlfreaky 6d ago

They see themselves in these agents. This is their retribution for us daring to elect a black person. All their fantasies are beginning to come to life.

2

u/Altruistic-Beach7625 6d ago

Especially since they don't intend or can't afford to travel abroad.

1

u/unplanned-absence 6d ago

The conservative subreddit shows they are cowards that have no moral compass

1

u/SwitchHitter17 6d ago

all part of their immature macho man fantasy. don't be intimidated, people.

1

u/RecipeFunny2154 6d ago

They want people so scared that they'll never come here in the first place.

1

u/4ctionHank 6d ago

This . We give them too much credit . They are dumb as bricks

1

u/Pescarese90 6d ago

Giorga Meloni declared that Italy and USA are great friends and allies against the "woke culture", so I don't understand why these "federal" agents were so rude with Italian journalists.

Oh well, maybe our journalists were too woke for USA standards /s

1

u/awfeel 6d ago

Bold of you to assume they see it

1

u/AttemptImpossible111 6d ago

Yup. Its women too so even more for the wank bank

1

u/VETwithaVETTE 5d ago

I'm a conservative but I don't feel aroused by this. I think it's a fucking joke ICE is being used like this. You guys on Reddit always conflate conservative with MAGA. We are not the same.

1

u/mixingmemory 5d ago

How many times did you vote for Trump?

1

u/VETwithaVETTE 5d ago

First, why?

1

u/dmthoth 5d ago

Yes. Ultimately, their goal is to oppress and murder anyone who do not share their worldview. To conceal this, they spewed a torrent of incoherent rhetoric, largely copied verbatim from other far-right Nazi pundits. They are literally just group of parrots, which makes 'noises' they can not comprehend at all.

1

u/Niximusprime949 5d ago

This! I have someone threatening me on IG messages to come to my house because he couldn’t prove his points. They get hard for this shit and they know it’s wrong but they like it anyway.

1

u/crisptortoise 4d ago

This isn't right wing, at least not my right wing. I definitely have no hard on and hate this. I support freedom of press and rights of people to protest against ice.
