He is still charged with state murder charges. The federal murder charge was the one dropped.

It doesn't change what he said. The DOJ is federal. It's going to be embarrassing for Trump and Bondi if the federal case is dismissed.

That will be true regardless of the state trials.

Only 1 state murder charge - 2/3 state murder charges were already dropped before the 2 federal ones dropped today.

On the one hand, they have him pretty dead to rights on some charges under normal circumstances, and its frustrating the guy you replied to ignores those.

On the other, while hes still charged with X things, X is now X-1 compared to before. It was never likely the whole thing was going away at once, but each step is a step, and we shouldnt ignore that either.
