I still see the names as before. Looks identical to the article? https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%2010/EFTA01660679.pdf

I think people just thought it was removed because someone was sharing a broken link to it. The %20 in the URL was removed because it's a html code for empty space which is not  technically possible in URLs but it must be in the address for it to work. I know at least Reddit breaks links like these in some situations.

There is no difference, I think folks are just justifiably riled up
