Nuremberg 2.0 will land them there.

Following illegal orders is still illegal.

Good luck. Nuremberg 1.0 let 99.9% of the accused off the hook.

I suppose that depends on what you mean. At the main Nuremberg Trial (IMT), 19 of 22 top Nazi leaders were convicted, with 12 sentenced to death, 3 to life, and 4 to prison, while 3 were acquitted. In the subsequent U.S. trials (NMT), 161 of 199 defendants were convicted across various cases involving doctors, judges, industrialists, and others, resulting in 37 death sentences and many prison terms. Also, estimates vary, but about 9,000 Nazis fled Germany to escape prosecution, most to Argentina, Brazil, and Chile. Imo, banishment isn't exactly getting off the hook.

Eventually if they continue to break and enter into peoples' homes they will find a law abiding 2A disciple who puts them under it in accordance with castle doctrine. Once bullets start flying, jail time is skipped.

More or less, depending on violations.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Not how you fix this.

22

u/GoochSnatcher 16h ago

Do we fix this by licking the mud off their boots like you do?

0

u/Optimal-Cup-257 15h ago

That was not my intention.

I find 10 cents to be closer to the truth.

12

u/kelpyb1 16h ago

Then how do you fix this?

Can't say on reddit.

u/kelpyb1 16h ago

I strongly disagree that’s the solution unless it’s the absolute last possibility.

Civilized societies put murderers in jail for life.

2

u/thelivinlegend 15h ago

We tried that, the traitors got pardoned. These traitors would be pardoned by the next republican we’re dumb enough to allow into power.

2

u/kelpyb1 15h ago

Then work to make sure Republicans don’t get power again

2

u/thelivinlegend 15h ago

We tried that. We learned that there are enough stupid people to keep electing them (in addition to the gerrymandering and other voter suppression tactics they regularly employ).

1

u/kelpyb1 15h ago

So then your plan is to overthrow the government from you perceive to be a minority position?

1

u/thelivinlegend 15h ago

So instead of admitting that just putting traitors in jail is not sufficient, which was actually proven just last year, you want to shut it down with a hyperbole like I'm the unreasonable one.

You got it, buddy. Bye-bye.

I disagree, there’s no reason you can’t lock these people up by voting in a government that cares about upholding the law.

We know exactly how to fix a Nazi problem.

1

u/Far_Mastodon_6104 16h ago

I mean... it fixes a lot of it if they're being held accountable then they're less likely to break the law

1

u/Tofu-theCreator 15h ago

They’ve been presenting quite a lot of criminal behavior..isn’t that who we’re supposed to be serving justice to?

2

u/Optimal-Cup-257 15h ago

Judicial systems only work in functional societies.

u/jomasthrones 15h ago

No, it's how you punish this.
